How do I upload a showreel to my account?
To upload your showreels, you need to select the multimedia option from the dropdown menu that will appear when your mouse is over the Edit Personal Data & Artist Profile button, as shown below.
From here you’ll need to click the ‘add file’ button in the multimedia area and you’ll be given the option to upload your video by browsing for it and selecting it from the files on your PC.
It is important to note that there are presently two technical restrictions on the uploading of showreel files.
Firstly is that the file may not be any larger than 24 megabytes in size.
Secondly, the showreel file can only be accepted at present in a Flash Movie format (a flv file). If your showreel file is not in this format, you’ll need to convert it, however there are fortunately numerous free online resources where this can be done, such as Zamzar.com.
